How safe is your site?
Cart and toons process their payment through CC avenue which is known for its security standard other than any gateways in India. All orders are served through a secure https connection using CCAvenue. CCAvenue uses the most powerful Verisign secure socket layer (SSL) for encrypting customer data during transmission. To put this into non-technical terms, it would take 340,000,000,000 years for today’s fastest computers to crack Verisign SSL.
Do you have a retail store and do you offer local pickup?
We are strictly an online retailer. Sorry, we don’t offer local pickup.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax. Though the items listed on our website is inclusive of all taxes.
How old do you have to be to make a purchase?
Cartandtoons.com is a public site. We do not market to minor under 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s assistance or permission in using this site. Your parent or guardian will have to make the purchase. Cart & toons is not responsible for the actions of any one using this site. By purchasing at Cart & toons, you agree that you are an adult, over 18 years old and have the authority to purchase with legal tender accepted by Cart & toons.

How do I know, if the item(s) I want is currently in stock?
All items listed have an availability section that tells you if the item is currently in stock. Changes in stock availability may occur before we update our site. We will inform you by e-mail if any items in your order are unavailable.
How accurate are the item images?
We use images provided by the manufacturer and our own images for the product. Item images may slightly differ from the actual products due to monitor setting.

What types of payment are accepted?
CCAvenue is known to accept 200+ payment options which include 6 Credit cards, 53+ Net banking options, 98+ Debit Cards and so on. In short, we accept almost all major card options.
Do you accept International orders?
Yes. Though the shipping cost will vary depending upon the place of shipping and the same will be reflected in the final invoice price.
For domestic buyers, Besides ordering online, do you accept mail, fax, or phone orders?
No, we do not accept mail, fax, and phone orders. Please place your order online.
How long does it take my order to be processed? Where can I check the status of my order?
Orders with in stock items are shipped within 2 business days after the payment is done. The tracking number will be updated in “My Account” section in your profile for the respective order. The same will also be emailed to you. You can even check the status of your order from our Home page without login in from “Track Order Status” tab. Feel free to email us at Cart & toons in case you need any further assistance.
How do I cancel an order?
Please contact us within 5 days of purchase if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has been shipped, you are liable to pay shipping charges to return it to us. Damage if any during the process shall be borne by you. Return packages due to invalid address including refused packages will NOT be reshipped. A 15% restocking fee, including fees billed to us by the shipping carrier for return shipping will apply in both the cases. Order’s original shipping cost will not be refunded. Please DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address.

How do I determine the shipping cost?
Once you place the order, we will email you shortly with the shipping cost based on the dimension and weight of the package and the destination to be shipped. Shipping address may vary from one place to another. Please note that, our shipping rate will be as nominal as possible.
How do I find out the tracking information for my order?
When an order ships, the shipment tracking information will be emailed to you. If you fail to receive any such details within 72 hours of order placement, you can always drop in an email to us at Cart & toons
Where's my stuff!? Why is it taking so long?
Delivery time may be delayed due to factors beyond our control. Orders shipped by standard shipping are typically delivered within 3-6 business days after shipping email confirmation is sent to you.
